By signing this pledge, we, the politicians running for the 2023 elections for the municipality of Dibra and other local elections are committing to:

• Stop Skavica Project thereby protecting the full length of Dibra and its free-flowing tributaries Black Drin River in accordance with IUCN standards.

We are also asking members of European Parliament and Members of American congress

By signing this pledge, we, the Members of European Parliament and the Members American Congress are committing to:

• Supporting the protection of Dibra region and Black Drin Rivera and use other resources of Energy such as power winds and solar panel,  in accordance with IUCN standards.
